How to Execute this DPA
- This DPA consists of two parts: the main body of the DPA, and Exhibits A, B, C, and D.
- To complete this DPA, Customer must:
- (i) complete the information requested in the signature block on page 7 and sign there,
- (ii) complete the information requested of the “data exporter” on Exhibit B, and
- (iii) send the completed and signed Addendum to Threads by email to admin@threads.com.
- Upon receipt of the validly completed Addendum by Threads at this email address, this DPA will become legally binding.
